It's a place we've passed by and paid little attention to for years. Many people in Kayseri do not even know the name of this historical building.

Sie ist auch bekannt als "Madamiler Madrasah" unter den Menschen und befindet sich im Stadtteil Cami-i Kebir im Zentrum der Stadt Kayseri. Sie wurde in Hijri 835 / 1432 n. Chr. von Nasıreddin Mehmed aus Dulkadiroğulları erbaut. Sein anderer Name ist Şamiler Madrasah.
Leider war sie während unserer Stadtbesichtigung geschlossen - gern hätten wir sie von innen gesehen.
Diese Besichtigung war Bestandteil des Tagesprogramms vom 18.08.2020, den wir im "Reisebericht Rundreise Kayseri" ausführlich mit Fotos beschrieben haben.
The Hatuniye Medresesi / Madamiler (Şamiler) Madrasah is one of the works of the Dulkadiroğulları principality, which Kayseri and its region ruled for a short time. Also known as the "Madamiler Madrasah" among the people, it is located in the Cami-i Kebir district in the center of the city of Kayseri. It was built in Hijri in 835/1432 AD by Nasıreddin Mehmed from Dulkadiroğulları. His other name is Şamiler Madrasah.
Unfortunately it was closed during our city tour - we would have liked to see it from the inside.
