Dünde karıştığım trafik kazası sırasında (pazar günu olmasına rağmen) aradığım anda cevap vermesi ve sakin bir şekilde profesyonel yönlendirmeleriyle beni o kaza psikolijisinden hemen çıkarttı. Gerçekten insan çalıştığı sigortacının önem ve kıymetini o ilk 3 dakikada anlıyormuş. Yine kaza raporunun alınıp, aracımın servise teslim edilmesi aşamasına kadar kendisini en az 15 kez aramış olmalıyım ve her defasında ilk aramamda cevap verip inanılmaz yardımcı oldu kendisi. Gerçekten hakkını ödeyemem ve hiçbir şüphe olmadan kendisini tavsiye ederim.
