It's terrible, it doesn't suit such a well-established company, the air conditioner didn't work for 4 hours in my last visit, we asked if there was no air conditioner, then we called the general directorate, the problem was solved, then we came from Hatay to Istanbul, only took a break during this time, so beyond disgrace...
