★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15.30 da kapanıyormuş. 15.32de oradaydım ve kapı kilitlenmişti. Kapıyı açıp işlem yapamıyoruz dediler 1 dakika daha durup işlem yapsalar ölürlerdi çünkü.
It closes at 15.30. I was there at 15.32 and the door was locked. They said we cannot open the door and do the transaction, they would die if they had stopped for 1 more minute and processed.

It's the first time I see a business that closes at 15.30, if there is a queue of 50 people at noon, why doesn't the municipality open 1 more?
