Air conditioners do not work properly, you can call the reception and start it, but then it turns off in an hour or so. It may be a saving measure, but other than that, it's a nice hotel. You can stay comfortably. :)

We can say that it is in a beautiful location, right in the center.... Unfortunately, pets are not accepted even though it says pets are allowed on the internet page..... If you go without a pet, I recommend it, but the accommodation fees are very high.

So this is what perfection is. I stay in so many hotels because of my job, let me put mugg among the top 3 business hotels in the region. You can stay with peace of mind. All of the rooms offer the same standard and quality. You can understand their generosity from the amount of water they put in the room. I congratulate the owner.

We stayed with my 12 year old child and my wife in October. We decided here after visiting a few hotels. Hotel comfort is really top notch. It is a well thought hotel with everything from shaving set to toothbrush set, to the minibar water which is filled up for free every day. The hotel has its own car park and its location that you can walk everywhere in the city worked very well. We did not have the slightest problem with cleaning. The housekeeper lady is very tidy and I can say that she is a professional in her job. As you can see from the photo, the breakfast is extremely adequate and of good quality for city hotels. All the staff, including the lady working at the reception, were very polite and did their job well. I strongly recommend it to people staying in Muğla.

In the rooms facing the front, it is not possible to sleep from the sun and the sound. Breakfast is the so-called buffet if you eat bagels and packaged honey, jam, butter :)). The lady at the reception does not have the ability to arrange a place. He said let's spend the 2nd day in the suite room he reserved for us, he said humanity and we said ok on the 2nd day, they tried to trick us into the normal hotel room as a suite! They said "everywhere is a suite", although we said "everywhere is a suite", they said "everywhere is a suite". When the lady couldn't solve the mess she created, she passed it to another rude male attendant. We had arranged each room as a suite for 10 nights. Not every room is a suite. seats, cigarette burn places, carpeted, unhygienic in pandemic conditions. so they gave us trouble at the beginning of the holiday. We went to another hotel without looking back.
