Do not be fooled with the view. The dishes and the kitchen are clean.
Food ten number 5 stars. You will not regret coming. Its flavor is super. See also the Hınıs beans

I didn't eat the food, but the place was worse than the village coffee, or it seemed to me that way. The sinks were dirty, I took my hot water, thanked and left, the place needs improvement.

If you want to eat the best boiled meat of the region, here is the right address. It's on the right of the road on the way from Kars to Erzurum. I also like dogs the most here.
