Boğaza hakim noktadaki bu kule 1700'lü yılların ikinci yarısında , boğazı korum görevi alan Cezayirli Hasan Paşa tarafından Garipçe Köyü'nde bulunan Garipçe Kalesi ve karşı taraftaki Poyraz Kalesi'ne ek bir gözetleme imkanı sağlaması için yaptırılmıştır.
Araç ile gidiş yoktur. Umarım bir gün bu noktaya çıkabilirim.
Garipçe village located on the hill in the south of Istanbul, I noticed download this historic building while visiting the village Algerian Hasan Pasha Tower has been good. the second half of this tower 1700s at the point overlooking the Bosphorus, Garipçe Castle in the Garipçe village to protect my mission field Algerian Hasan Pasha throat and was built to provide an additional surveillance facilities to Poyraz Castle on the opposite side.
There is no going by vehicle. I hope one day I can get to this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GARİPÇE köyünün üst tarafında yolu patika şeklinde ve yer yer küçük dikenler içinden geçiliyor. Tamamen bakımsız 2 kulesi kötü vaziyette acil bakım gerekmektedir. Ama manzarası çok güzel.
On the upper side of the village of GARİPÇE, the road is in the form of a pathway and is passed through small thorns in places. Completely neglected 2 towers are in bad condition and require urgent maintenance. But the view is very beautiful.
