★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tost söyledik gelmesi 1 saati buldu, o da 2 tane söylememize rağmen 1 tane geldi aç kaldık. İçecek bile getirmeye aciz bir yer. Buraya gelmek dışında başka her yere gitmek daha mantıklı. 1 puan bile cok, daha düşük verilmiyor.
We said toast, it took 1 hour to arrive, and even though we said 2, 1 came and we were hungry. A place that can't even bring a drink. It makes more sense to go anywhere else except coming here. Even 1 point is too much, no lower is given.

Kahvaltının epeyce geç kalması bir yana söylediğimiz serpmeden önce sıcakların gelmesi ve beklettikten için buz gibi olması üstelik bunu bile bile önümüze sunmaları rezalet. Değiştirmelerini istediğimizde mikrodalga da ısıtıp getirmeleri? Yazık.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tek kelime ile yetersiz. Mardin de ziyaret ettiğimiz en kötü mekan. Tercih etmemizdeki sebepte en yanilmayacagimiz en rahat yiyecek şeyler bulabilecegimizi sandığımız bir yerdi. Ama çalışanların ilgisizliği, masaya getirdikleri sıcak aparatiflerin sanki buzdolabından çıkarılmış kadar soğuk olması gerçekten müşteriye hakaret. Bu işi bilmiyorsanız yapmayın.
In a word, it is insufficient. The worst place we visited in Mardin. It was a place where we thought we could find the most comfortable food that we would not be mistaken for, which is the reason we chose it. But the indifference of the employees, the fact that the hot appetizers they bring to the table are as cold as if they have been taken out of the refrigerator are really insulting to the customer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not describe how everythinge at this so called "cafe&resturant" can make you angry and regret.
We ordered 2 different toast and 2 different omlete.
Our order took 30 minutes to come and each one of the orders was wrong. So we told them please change it. It took another 30 minutes and again they brought a wrong order. My friends prefer to eat what they got but I told them to fix my order. I waited more than 20 minutes for a cheese&sucuk toast and then I cancelled my order because they even didnt started it!
The place is clean, the staff are polite but very amateur and not knowing what they are doing. No one cares about your issue.
The food is not good. My friends they were so hungry so they ate what they had. For instance they mix cheese and ketchup in the toast without telling you!
There are good options around there which you can try them but dont waste your money for has simit.
