Bu arada sitedeki sosyal ortam berbat. Ne aktivite var ne aktivite yapılacak alan var. üzerine alt kattaki teyzenin duyarlılığı eklenirse tam cezaevi ortamı kıvamına geliyor. 24 saat internet, sıcak su var çok şükür...
the elevators are spooky, the concierge is a little dipping, too far from the city center. the advantage is that there is a passage across the street and rents are naturally suitable. Meanwhile the social environment on the site sucks. There is neither activity nor space to do activity. If the sensitivity of the aunt downstairs is added, it becomes exactly like the prison environment. Thank goodness they have 24 hours internet, hot water ...

Şu an için konum itibariyle ortalama gelir düzeyi olanlar için İstanbul da yaşanilacak en iyi yaşam alanı gibi ; fakat 2 ya da 3 yıl sonra herkesin dadanmis olacağı konum olarak da görülüyor.
The place where I have lived for more than 7 years. Each period can be evaluated separately.
For the moment the average income level as in Istanbul as the best location for living space to live; but after 2 or 3 years it would be seen as everyone's dadanmis position.

3 or 4 minutes far from sabiha gokcen airport
20 minutes far from okan university
If its not very crowded
It has shops and stuff close to it which is good
The plan of the house is really nice
BUT
Its very old and somehow dirty
There is no manager or someone in charge in the area
there is only one old man whom they call security man the poor guy cant do anything if something happens
Its a good place for those who work close to this area, and the money is good not expensive according to the location, yes its far from city center i don't it recommend it for those whom there work is not close to this area otherwise its affordable and good
