They were very polite and interested, we thought they would fix the malfunction of our device without wasting time, but it did not happen, the device gave the same malfunction again after a short time. When I called has electronics, our employee said there is no time and directed him to another service.

Philips brand tea maker, which I bought from the country on 23.09.2021, produces excessive lime, even though it was sent to the service, they said that there is no problem with the product and returned it after 15 days, I won't say anything if you put the water to boil and drink it when you put it in the glass (by the way, it was used for 13 days)
