Ürüne zam geldiği için arayıp iptal dahi ettirmeye çalıştılar. Ürünü iptal etmedim şimdi de ürünü gönderdik diyorlar ancak verdikleri takip numarasına ait gönderi yok. Ürünü göndermemek için kırk takla atıyorlar ama nafile. Tüketici hakem heyetine başvurdum. Hakkımı sonuna kadar savunacağım. Umarım alışveriş yapmadan birileri görür de anlar ne olduğunuzu.
Do not shop at stores on online platforms (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, etc.). I bought a dryer and they regretted buying it.
