Not even a queue and appointment system. THE PERSONS WHO ARE HERE ARE NOT ASKING AS THE MANAGER, WHAT IS OUR MISSION HERE. BUT THEY HAVE A PROPERTY WHILE HE IS PERSONAL ACCORDING TO THE OWNER. REVERSE IS THE REFLECTION OF THE MANAGERS !!! EVERYONE WAS VERY RUDE WITHOUT EYES AND UNBEDIED. DOES NOT EVEN ... DEAN BEY WHAT DOES BUSINESS DOES SOMETIMES HOSPITAL.

this is how a hospital this is a health institution how they are officials. "owners" where they are. I swear there is no such system in the third world country. they give an appointment as well as go to the appointment on the day of the appointment as well as go to the doctor who says the doctor says bring paper. where is the rector of the university where the dean of the faculty ???
