Harran Otel - Atatürk Blv

Hygiene is a ZERO! One of the dirtiest hotels I've seen. The promised facilities are available but in poor condition. The hotel looks great on the outside but the inside is old.

Mediocre at best. 70s (or 60s) hotel, renovated only on the outside. The only reason for the three stars is the large room size and the location of the hotel. Otherwise there is nothing positive to mention. For the same price one could easily get a nicer place. I believe they get by solely from local group tourism..

Excellent location in the city center, walking to everywhere, the room is clean, tidy and spacious, and the price is good, including a breakfast buffet in the morning, but it needs a little renovation..

We made a reservation by phone for 2 nights a room for 2 persons with separate beds for 350 TL. At the time of checking in there was no reservation in their system, and we had the pay also 450 TL instead of 350 TL per night. What I disliked: The room was very cramped. The hotel is from inside very old, it needs a renovation. We had to call the reception to fix the warm water in the bathroom. The wifi connection was very weak, I had to use my own internet connection. You can easily smell the cigarettes from the people next to our rooms. Is it not forbidden to smoke inside? The breakfast is very basic, its not worth trying it. Breakfast outside is much better. The peoples at the reception havent even smiled once to us. Even when we were face to face, they even didnot greet. The check out time is 12:00. The cleaning service knocked at our door and said the check out time is 11:00. He respected us and we left at 12:00. And at least at the moment of checking out the girl at the reception didnot even said good bye or we hope you liked the hotel. What I liked. The hotel is located in the city centre, everything is nearby. The hamam is very good. The guy at reception helped us by advising a good restaurant. The cleaning service is okay. There is also one guy who helps in case of problems, that guy is very friendly. We did not use the room service. I would not stay for the second time if I came back to Sanliurfa

There was no elevator from the underground parking lot to the lobby, so it was difficult to move the luggage, but the room was okay. However, I made a reservation, but the hotel did not recognize it, so checkout or check-in was not smooth. Other than that, it wasn't bad. So one star was excluded.
