Houses from the old sites of Batıkent want some renovation, a calm site, especially the part overlooking the park is great in spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site olarak fena sayılmaz ama bina işçiliği berbat.. Asansor yok misafirler arabayı dışarı parketmek zorunda.. Metro durağına yakın olmasıda avantajı..manzara olarak önü acık.
It is not bad as a site, but the workmanship of the building is awful .. No elevators, guests have to park the car outside. The advantage of being close to the metro station .. The view is open.
