Tek olumsuz yönü: Bazı site sakinleri araçlarını park çizgileri arasına parketmeyi beceremiyorlar. Park çizgilerinin üzerine park ediyorlar.
An excellent site. They have immaculate, well-maintained gardens. The cleaning of the blocks is also nice. Management informs the residents about everything.
The only negative aspect: Some site residents are unable to park their vehicles between the parking lines. They park on the parking lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En güzel yanı, batıkent'in hemen her tarafında olduğu gibi, çokça ve kaliteli şekilde yeşil alanların olması. Etrafında çok sayıda park var. Çocuklu aileler için ideal bir ortam. Eski yapı ama daire iç planları çok güzel ve çok kullanışlı. Balkonları gömme ve büyük ve kullanışlı. Isınması gayet güzel. Daire içi eski olanlar kullanışsız olabilir, yapılı olması çok önemli olabilir....
The best part is that there are lots of green areas of high quality, as is the case in almost all parts of Batıkent. There are many parks around. An ideal environment for families with children. Old building but the interior plans of the apartment are very beautiful and very useful. The balconies are recessed and large and convenient. It's nice to warm up. The old ones in the flat may be useless, it may be very important to be built.
