★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ebu'l Hasan Harakani Külliyesi içerisinde bulunan ve eski Kars'ı çevreleyen 4 bin 200 metre sur ile birlikte, 220 burçtan birisi olan ve 1890 yılında Ruslar tarafından büyük kısmı tahrip edilen burç, restore edilerek kültür merkezi haline getirildi.
The bastion, which is one of the 220 bastions and was mostly destroyed by the Russians in 1890, was restored and turned into a cultural center, together with the 4,200-meter wall in the Ebu'l Hasan Harakani Complex and surrounding the old Kars.
