A professional, friendly, colorful, fun and authentic yoga center. Hamsa, the founder of Hara Yoga, spent 2-3 years at a yoga retreat center in India as a student, assistant and teacher, and the depth that comes from there makes itself felt in the atmosphere of the place. In the classroom, where the floors are covered with tatami (sponge), various inverted postures can be practiced without worrying about falling, and classes such as Hammock yoga, Acro Yoga, and Aikido are offered. There is also hammock yoga for children in the program, and the relaxation area is a very fun place. There are also special Pilates classes focused on posture correction and strength by working more specific muscle groups. There is a section on the left where you can buy matte, blocks, natural stones and books. In the relaxation area, there is a library that contains many different kinds of books that you can choose and read for free. Toilets are modern and neat, there is also a shower for those who want it. In short, both the place and the teachers are solid :)
