Otopark ve sosyal donatıları yeterli, güvenlikli, çevre düzenlemesi güzel, spor ve oyun alanları oldukça yeterli. Arsa sahiplerinin sayıca çokluğundan dolayı mantolama çalışmaları başlayıp bitirilemediğinden, yakıt faturaları oldukça yüksek geliyor.
One of the oldest and established sites of Ata Mahallesi. Apartments have different standards. The parking lot and social facilities are sufficient, secure, beautiful landscaping, sports and playgrounds are quite sufficient. Fuel bills are quite high as the sheathing works cannot be started or completed due to the large number of land owners.
