Nothing was very tasty except the stuffed vine leaves. We also ordered a tandoori lamb which came completely dry after a one-hour wait. It is smokey and unpleasant to eat in and the music is cheesy American, all completely spoiling your experience.

Ate there at lunch, as the pandemic was winding down, so there were only three guests in the restaurant. I ordered raki, stuffed grapes leaves and the lamb shank. The service was good, and the ambiance was serene. However, the food was very underwhelming, and for the price it should not have been. 180TL ($US20) for lunch is a lot of money. The stuffed grape leaves were good, but nothing special. The true disappointment was that lamb main dish. The carrots and potatoes were so overcooked that they had the consistency of baby food. The lamb was cooked well, but a little greasy (slimy?) which can happen, but it should have been served with rice or some other starch to absorb the lamb grease. They had a seviche starter which appealed to me, but it wasn't ready yet. If I had had a better experience with lunch, I might have gone back for that.

Very very good!! You must come If around. Great service, AMAZING food! Please try the figs, walnut And cream dessert. The place in Itself is also very nice, old cave style.

Fabulous experience. It is a 250 years old fine dining restaurant with very professional staff. From the look one would assume it would be an expensive restaurant but the prices are pretty much reasonable. The food was amazing.

Had a bottle of delicious wine and a cheese plate. Beautiful setting and good service. Apparently Nick Cage has been here as well! ?

We tried to go to 2 other places in Ürgüp, but they were closed or no wine! When having a “linner” we want wine! Had the tandoori soup - was like lentil soup with chickpeas-off the charts tasty! Then we enjoyed the Tepsi Kepabci - so wonderful! Had this with the Cappadocia Rose! It was so tasty and delicious! Don’t miss this place on your visit to Ürgüp! Service was excellent, no wait time and the staff spoke English! There is a wine shop attached! Oh and the toasted bread....eat it up!!!!

We walked in to this roadside restaurant because it looks nice, but it totally failed us. Ordered lamb chop and lamb shish as main dishes, waited for about 25 minutes the food came up, looks nice - however: 1) the meat tough as hell; 2) all the sides are cold; 3) no taste for the lamb and shish; 4) the sides tastes weird. I do NOT recommend this restaurant, please try with your own risks.

We are currently having our dinner here. We ordered Lamb Kebab and Lamb Chop. The kebab has no taste and super tough. The Lamb Chop was better but still some parts are tough and d taste is too plain just the burnt grill taste. it was served with cooked veggies and potatoes which is super cold! They also served some bread and it was also very cold! I know its winter but you guys should learn to reheat the food before serving to us! The ambience is good but the food was NOT GOOD!
