Our aim was to eat börek for breakfast, actually we were going to go to the famous pastry shop Bülent, but we thought let's give it a chance, if we didn't give it a chance, if we didn't give 1 kg of pastry, 900gr of dough is 100g of dough, if I didn't eat cheese, I don't understand how people buy and eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biz beğendik,peynirli böreğin üzerine pudra şekeri serpip deneyin çok güzel oluyor. Onlar içi boş böreğe ( kürt böreğine) veriyoruz diyorlar ama ben yıllardır peynirli böreği şekerli yerim ve çok da güzel olur.
We like it, try it by sprinkling powdered sugar on the cheese pastry, it's very nice. They say we give hollow pastry (Kurt pastry), but I have been eating cheese pastry with sugar for years and it would be very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standart bir kiymali borek porsyonu na ve bir bardak küçük çaya 15 lira vermek biraz koydu. Dusunsenize asgari ucretin 2800 lira oldugu bir memlekette 200 gr borek icin didimde mahalle arasinda bir borekcide 15 lira fazla (bence) !!!!
For a standard serving of ground beef borek and a small cup of tea, 15 liras was quite a bit. Think about it, in a country where the minimum wage is 2800 liras, for 200 grams of borek, 15 liras is too much (I think) at a borek store in the neighborhood!!!!
