We paid 21 TL for the passenger car at the entrance, for what? Big nothing! There are places in the future that are free of charge and have a better view, this place has no jokes and its toilets are filthy...

It's not a place where you particularly need to come. Places like this exist all over our country. A place that should be free. If you come to swim, the sea is not bad, but I think the other side is better. The only advantage of this place is its calmness.

Hamsilos Bay is located at the northernmost point of Turkey. It was formed as a result of glacial erosion and has the feature of being the only bay in the world that was formed spontaneously. The part where the bay meets the sea is quite wide, and as it moves into the interior, it narrows and becomes forested. This bay, which has an image resembling an elephant's head, continues to be used as a place where warships were hidden in the past and where fishermen are protected in stormy weather today. Access to the farthest point of Hamsilos bay is provided, but the bad roads do not allow progress by vehicle. That's why I can say that a nature walk awaits you when you go. Access to Hamsilos Bay is provided via the Akliman road and there are recreation areas as well.
