Öncesinde bilgi almak istedim verilen müşteri hizmetleri numarasını aradım, " Hamdeko'ya hoşgeldiniz, dahili numarayı biliyorsanız tuşlayın, operatöre bağlanmak için bekleyin" şeklinde bant kaydı çalıyor, operatör için beklemeye devam edince 2 saniye kadar bir müzik çalıp telefon yüzüne kapanıyor. Hatlarda sorun vardır diye defalarca denedim, ayrı 2 günde denedim sonuç her seferinde aynı. Hiç hoş bir durum değil. Alışveriş yapıp sorun yaşasam karşımda konuşabileceğim bir muhatap bulamayacağım anlamına geliyor. Güncelleme; Bir başka denememde çağrı merkezlerine ulaşmayı başardım. Ayrıca sitelerindeki canlı destek bölümünden de hızlı ve ilgili şekilde yardımcı oluyorlar. Uzunca bir süreçten sonra ürün bazında memnun kaldığım, müşteri ilişkileri bazında pek de memnun kalmadığım bir alışverişimiz oldu firmayla. Gelen ürün kalite anlamında tatmin ediciydi, ancak yine de ederinden biraz pahalı fiyatlandırıldığını düşünüyorum. Ürünün paketlemesi de gerçekten çok iyiydi, alışveriş yapmayı düşünenler ürünün sağlam gelip gelmeyeceği konusunda kesinlikle tereddüt etmesinler. I'm thinking of shopping from this company.
