Konut olarak kullanılmakta olan bir binanın altında bulunduğu için salon içerisinde bolca kolon var. Işıklandırma da biraz zayıf ama fena değil. Yerel olarak mahalle içerisinden uzaklaşmadan bir etkinlik yapmayı planlıyorsanız uygun olabilir. Dışarıdan gelmek için de yerinin bulunması çok kolay. Yanında çocuk parkı ve önünde araç park edilebilecek alan da mevcut.
