Pour faire un paiement on a attendu trois heures ils ont fait passer 15 personnes devant nous le personnel qui travail sont désagréables
Frankly there is no organization it is a state bank no respect for customers
To make a payment we waited three hours they made 15 people pass in front of us the staff who work are rude
