Our dialogue with the lady I went for individual customer service was not as formal as any other. He had a speech with me, as if he was talking to the boy, and he was unrelated to his job. He put forward his personal affairs and wasn't interested in his job, so I waited 1 hour for only 2 people

You take turns individually. 7-8 people work. Even though there is no one, they keep them waiting for their pleasure. you are asking something. they give answers with a demeanor as if asking for account. They also treat their customers accordingly. Another answer to you, another answer to me. They trade according to their profession.
