★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oraya sıra için makina koymussunuz ama çalışanlar sıraya göre almıyor kimseyi. 20 dakika da bir müşteriye anca bakılıyor. Çalışanlar ellerinden geldikçe oyalaniyorlar. 20 dakika bekledikten sonra dayanamayıp giseye ne zman sıra gelecek diye sordum. Işlem için müşteri temsilcisine yönlendirdi. Telefonla uğraşan müşteri temsilcisi benim islemim var deyip beni başka temsilciye yönlendirdi. Çalışma sisteminiz tam bir fiyasko. 4 tane gise var sadece 2'si calisiyor ve 3 numarali gisede 2 bayan oturuyordu. Sizin yuzunuzden isime gec kaldim. Mecbur olmasam bir daha bankaniza ugramazdim.
