We went to the branch 5 times in a month to get the credit card they gave to my mother for the pension, there is no result, as it is a joke, it takes 1 week and ten days each time. We do not recommend the services of this bank. It's a very slow bank.

Her yılın başında ikinci bir hesap açılıyor ama bir türlü bu işe çare bulamadım. müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum şubenizle görüşün diyor şubeyi arıyorum müşteri temsilcisine bağlanmak için 8'e bas diyor basınca direk telefon kapanıyor 7 kere denedim hep aynı şey kimseyle ilgilenmiyorlar. İlla şubeye gidip sıraya girip saatlerce beklememiz istiyorlar herhalde sıfırın altında 90 veriyorum
