Customer relations are zero. The answer you get to the question of whether we wait more than 1 hour with a rotten mentality that does not even see customers as human beings. May God give you trouble with my only wire.

Disgraceful service, there are empty tables every time we come, the bank employees don't do their job properly. We don't have to wait for 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halkbankasini kimseye önermiyorum,bir soyguncudan farksizlar,atm lerinden 3000 lira cekmeye calistim,atm tam parayi verirken takildi,iceri girdim ve olayi anlattim ve parami istedim,yapacaklari biseyin olmadigini söylediler,cok ugrastim ama bir sonuc elde edemedim,biraz sesimi yükselttigimde ise beni polisi aramakla tehdit ettiler,yani atm nin nr si belliyken,kamera kayitlari varken,bütün belgeler olmasina ragmen paranin bana ait olmadigini söyleyip parami maalesef geri vermediler
I don't recommend Halkbank to anyone, they are no different than a robber, I tried to withdraw 3000 liras from their ATMs, my horse hung out while giving the money, I went inside and told the incident and asked for my money, they said there was nothing they could do, I tried a lot but I couldn't get any results, and when I raised my voice a little, they called me to the police. They threatened me, that is, when the number of the ATM was known, there were camera records, they said that the money did not belong to me even though there were all documents and unfortunately they did not give my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerçekten kötü bir hizmet. Önümde iki kişi olmasına rağmen 1 saatten fazla sıra bekledim. Sıra bana geldiğinde anladım ki sadece zaman doldurmak için oyalanıyorlarmış. Basit bir işlem için yarım saatte beni meşgul ettiler.
Really bad service. I waited in line for more than 1 hour even though there were two people in front of me. When it was my turn, I realized that they were just lingering to fill time. They kept me busy for half an hour for a simple transaction.
