It is a bank branch that I am not a customer, and when I call it, it is not a problem solver but I feel that it is trying to unleash me in a passive aggressive manner. It is the bank branch where I closed the phone and understood that I could not find a solution at the end of conversations on the phone with words such as I do not know you, you are not a customer, you are not certain by putting me under the title of cheat without asking for information.
