★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şubeye geldim ve tam yarım saat oldu ve benden sonra gelenler benim önüne geçerek işlemlerini tamamlayıp giderken ben onlara bakıyorum. Benden 25 dk sonra gelen kişi anında işlemini yapabiliyor. İstediğin kadar reklam yap artık umurumda değil. Zaman israfından başka birşey değil. Müşterin olmayan vatandaşa da eşit davran da göreyim sizi.
I came to the branch and it's been half an hour and I'm looking at the people who come after me while they complete their transactions. The person who arrives 25 minutes after me can make the transaction instantly. Advertise as much as you want, I don't care anymore. It's nothing but a waste of time. Let me see you treat the citizens who are not your customers equally.
