★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devlet bankasi olmasina ragmen personeli az. Gişe işlemleri cok yavaş ilerliyor. 45dk önceden sira alıp ancak 10 kişiden sonra size sıra gelebiliyor. Calisanlar genç ve dinamik görünüşlerine rağmen işlemleri çok yavaş ilerletmekteler. Tüm bunlara ragmen; bireysel temsilciler güler yüzlü ve hoşsohbet. Güvenlik görevlisi ise can parçası. Çok yardımcı olan birisi.
Bence acilen vu şubeden bir tane daha lazım Çankırı ya.
Although it is a state bank, its staff is scarce. The box office proceeds very slowly. You can take 45 minutes beforehand, but after 10, you can come back. Despite their young and dynamic appearance, the employees are working very slowly. Despite all this; individual representatives are friendly and sociable. The security guard is a piece of life. Someone very helpful.
I think we need another one of those branches.

No one looking at the landline phone. I called three times between 30.12.2021 between 14.50-55 and no one picks up. what a pity.
