Kim olduğunu bilmiyorum ancak 30.12.2021 Perşembe günü bankanın internet sitesinde yaşadığımız bir teknik arızayı iletmek için aradığımda telefon açılıp daha alo dahi denilmeden süratıma kapatıldı. Bumu halkın bankası. Bumu hizmet anlayışı. Yazıklar olsun böyle halkın bankasına ve böyle hizmet anlayışına.
Is it that hard to answer the phone? I don't know who it is, but when I called on Thursday, 30.12.2021 to report a technical malfunction we experienced on the bank's website, the phone was picked up and shut down without even saying hello. Boomu is the people's bank. Boom service concept. Shame on such a people's bank and such an understanding of service.
