★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allah düşürmesin buraya. Sabah 9.20 de sıra aldım, önümde 39 kişi vardı aradan tam 1 saat geçti, önümde 25 kişi var.
5 gişeden yalnızca 2 tanesi açık olunca böyle oluyor. Sorumsuzluk ve insanların zamanlarını almaktan başka bir şey değil.
 God forbid. In the morning at 9.20 I took the queue, there were 39 people in front of me a full 1 hour passed, 25 people in front of me.
This is what happens when only 2 of the 5 counters are open. It's nothing but irresponsibility and taking people's time.

Everybody does not come to say something that has increased, they just smack it, so I ask you where is customer satisfaction, where should I provide service, if you are going to deposit a high amount of money or if you are going to withdraw a loan, there is no service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 gündür telefon ile arıyorum. Hiçbir şekilde Alanya şubesinde telefona bakılmıyor. Eğer alanyada değilseniz hiçbir banka işinizi halledemezsiniz. Hiç yıldız vermek istemezdim ama mecburen 1 yıldız veriyorum.
I have been calling for 2 days. In no way, the phone is not checked in the Alanya branch. If you are not in Alanya, no bank can handle your business. I wouldn't want to give any stars, but I have to give 1 star.
