★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eğitimler eskisi kadar kapsamlı değil. Birçok kurs açılmıyor bile. Bina sanki atıl vaziyette. Doğru düzgün personel ve ilgilenen yetkili yok. Bunun yanı sıra araci olmayanlar için ulaşım sıkıntısı da mevcut.
 The trainings are not as comprehensive as they used to be. Many courses are not even open. The building seems to be idle. There is no proper staff and no interested authorities. In addition, there is a transportation problem for those who do not have a vehicle.
