The Antique Theatre of Bodrum, locally famous as the Amphitheatre is a structure from the ancient Halikarnassus (4th century BC). From the top you can see the panaromic views of Bodrum, and my god its breathtaking. It can host about 13000 people and has been used for film shoots (Fir ex: Dil Dhadakne Do), concerts, festivals etc. I spent about an hour here last week.

Wonderful Greco-Roman amphitheatre placed up the hill above Bodrum with amazing views of the harbour and castle. It's well preserved. There is a lovely walk from the harbour up to the amphitheatre and you can visit the remains of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus on the way.

Amphitheatre, well preserved, free entry, can spend 25-30 minutes here, walking distance from bodrum centre.

Perhaps not so different or even less spectacular than many of the other ancient theaters, but this offers a wonderful view once you climb to the top - the theater with Bodrum and the Aegean as your background. It's a short 15 mins excursion from Bodrum, so it's worth a quick stop.

In relatively good condition and opposite a popular lookout area its worth having a look, not much to see but you can imagine all the ancient greeks dressed up in their best togas coming out to watch the latest jim carrey movie

magical place for music. but not safe at these days. bcs when the concert starts, no one care about social distance. no one wear mask and sing loudly

Liked to see an ancient site still functional and available for events. Requires attention to preserve a presentable amenity for visitors and future venues. Location accessible by car as the safest way to reach it. Remains of past controls suggest that required paid admission to enter.
