Halıdan ya da yıkamadan kaynaklı bir sıkıntı yaşadık, yeni aldığımız halılarımız ilk yıkamada mahvoldu, durumu belirttik, halı yıkamacı hatanın kendisinde olduğunu kabul etmedi, halının hatalı olduğunu söyledi ancak yine de bilinen bir esnaf olduğu için ve biz bir şekilde madur olduğumuz için zararımızın yarısını karşılamayı kabul etti fakat halı home, yeni adıyla halı love’ın tek yapabildiği aynı halıyı bize aynı fiyata satmak oldu, sağ olsunlar onlardan aldığımız ve yaşadığımız mağduriyetten sonra bize aynı halıyı geliş fiyatına olmasa bile indirimli vermemerini beklerken ilk aldığımız fiyattan 1 lira bile aşağı vermeyi kabul etmediler. Bir de neymiş halılarımızı her seferinde evimize 60 km uzakta onların önerdiği halı yıkamacıda yıkatacakmış, ürün garantileri öyle varmış, artık arabayla giderken bırakır dönerken de 10 20 neyse kargo ücretiyle kendimize yollatırmışız, daha neler. Sırf aldığım halılarda murfak ve hol takımım bozulmasın diye uğramıştım ama hem kötü ürün hem kötü esnaflıkla bir daha önünden bile geçmem, kimseye de tavsiye etmem. 1 yıldız bile size çok.
