What can I say that there is not even a museum yet, when we go to other provinces, they tell us what Hakkari is in the famous HAKKARİ and we say there is everything, in fact there is a MUSEUM but they delay it. you are not interested? I hope you get this message !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burası üniversite rektörlüğü, fakat en üst katı Hakkari konut yetersizliği nedeniyle misafirhaneye çevirilmiş durumda. Akademik personel 35₺, memurlar İçin 40₺ kişi başı gecelik fiyat. (Sabah kahvaltısı dahil) Şehir merkezine uzak, aracınız yoksa ulaşımda biraz sorun yaşayabilirsiniz. Yatak odaları, fiyatına oranla idare eder vaziyette. Merkezde 200₺ verdiğim otele oranla çok daha iyi durumda. En azından sessiz, Hakkari manzarası var.
This is the university rectorship, but the top floor of Hakkari has been turned into a guesthouse due to the lack of housing. The price for academic staff is 35₺, for civil servants 40₺ per person. (Morning breakfast included) Far from the city center, if you do not have a car, you may have some trouble in transportation. Bedrooms are okay compared to the price. It is much better in the center than the hotel I gave 200₺. At least there is a quiet, Hakkari view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üniversite öğrencisi olarak resmi iş günleri içerisinde öğlen 11-12'ye kadar öğrenci işlerine ve santraline ulaşamadığım son derece özel devlet dairesidir. Üniversite olarak sadece betonarmeden vasıf almış bir yerdir , diğer devlet üniversitelerinin işleyiş standartları ile alakası yoktur. Kışın Alaska da bir araştırma laboratuvarı gibidir. Yerleşke, konum mimarisi ile ne kadar üst düzey bir üniversite olduğunu gidince sizde göreceksiniz.
