It was the place where we always bought cold baklava. But one day we decided to sit down to drink tea. We ordered a portion of cold baklava and served it with pistachio Turkish delight and tea. When we went to pay the bill, we were told that Turkish delight was not served at the cash register, but they added a service fee of 5 TL and we were shocked. The problem was not the fee, it was a ridiculous equation. We couldn't understand what it means to pay the extra fee. In the end, they did not receive the fee, but we debated the issue for minutes and there is one female staff member, I don't know her name, she was pretending to do work while getting the service. We buy and eat with pleasure. We have been regulars of Hakan Usta's baklavas for 3 years. Some desserts burn your throat while you are eating, Hakan Usta's desserts don't have that feeling.

Kunefe is very delicious and freshly made. It is a very clean place. Kunefe is 25 TL. I recommend it to those who want to come.

I bought two pieces of baklava, it says 60-odd on both. Something between 125-130 total. At the cashier they said 149 liras. 2 minutes before iftar, I could not tire my fasting mouth, but it did not happen. Edit: the cashier lady didn't bother to read the barcode. Even if you say 200 lira for the product, I would not be silent, but when you say 150 for a 130 lira product, people do not welcome it. You just lost one of your thousands of customers. It shouldn't be that important to you. Thank you for your interest.
