Keşke garanti belgesi yazmak yerine şunu yazsalarmış o kağıda "Ürününüz bozulunca yenisini alın, garantisi yoktur!" Kurumsallığı geçtim, esnaf bile değiller. Demetevler gibi esnaflığa aşırı önem verilen bir semtte nasıl bu kadar kötü esnaf olunur hayret. Telefonu açmayacaksın madem kartvizite telefon koymayacaksın. 1-We gave a poor brand of tea, it has been 50 days and it has not been resolved. 2- They said it cannot be repaired, they will give a new one, it has been 1 month and still no solution. 3-I am calling to inquire about the outcome of the situation, but no one is answering the phones. 4-Brand is good/Service is terrible. M	Mustafa Bozer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1,5 Sene önce arnica bora 4000 elektrikli süpürgemizin motorunu yenisi ile değiştirdik.1 sene garanti veriyorlar fakat süpürge aldığımız zamanda sesinden motorunda bir sorun olduğu anlaşılıyordu.Şimdi tekrar getirdim motoru yatak sarmış filitrede değişecek 480 tl fiyat tutar dediler.Ben anlamadım sıfır bir motor 1,5 senede nasıl bozuldu.Buraya getirdim ama artık getirmem.Sorunu tam olarak çözdüklerini zannetmiyorum.1 sene garanti veriyor ayarlamış gibi 1,5 sene sonra motor tekrar bozuluyor. 1.5 years ago, we replaced the motor of our arnica bora 4000 vacuum cleaner with a new one. They give a warranty of 1 year, but when we bought the vacuum cleaner, it was clear that there was a problem with the motor. Now I brought the motor again, the bed was wrapped around the filter, they said it would cost 480 TL. I did not understand a brand new motor 1 How it broke in 5 years.
