We came to Kusadasi from Istanbul for a holiday, and we entered this company with my wife because we noticed the similarity of the surname, and our budget was 1.500.000. Thanks to the interest of all the staff working, they bought a cottage with 4+1 private pool and private garage for 950.000 TL. We are living in it now. We went to many real estate agents back then, but they found us a house under our budget. It didn't work, they always showed us houses of 2 million. On 19.08.2021, Hakan Emlak, Mutlu Hanım and I looked at different Villas (Summer Houses). Unfortunately, we could not find a Property with the features we wanted. Mutlu Hanım is a very sincere, beautiful person who knows and loves her job. It has not been this Summer, but we are hopeful that we will find the cottage we want next time. We liked a place from Kusadasi from its ad. We called, and when we went there for the house, which he said there is no problem in terms of the soundness of the house, although we called from Istanbul all the way to Kuşadası and asked him on the phone 35 times, we were informed that the columns were cracked and that it would be demolished and rebuilt. That's why the well-intentioned landlord was selling on that condition, asking for signed paper when selling, that's why he wouldn't be able to sit in it. He was malicious, especially because he deliberately gave incomplete/false information to a question asked. This real estate agent gives false and incomplete information. Don't go to see his posting from other cities and what he said on the phone. He's not a reliable person.
