Bisikletim de olmayan bir aparat takmak için gittim ithal bir bisiklet parçası bulunmuyor elindeki parçayı ölçtü biçti yeniden şekillendirdi ve boyayarak bisiklete Monte etmeyi başardı daha ne olsun işin erbablari. Hizmet için teşekkürler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salcano marka bir bisiklet aldım ve yetkili satıcının tavsiyesi üzerine yetkili servis olan Hakan bisiklete bisikleti kullanmaya başlamadan önce kontrol amaçlı götürdüm . Bisikletin vites geçişlerinde bir hayli zorlandığını farkettim ve bunu orada da dile getirdiğimde kendilerinden emin bir şekilde benim vites atmayı bilmediğim bundan dolayı vites geçişlerinin zor yapıldığı söylendi. Ben de bir bildiği vardır diyerek verilen tavsiyeye uydum ancak sorun devam etti birkaç gün sonra vites attığımda sağ pedalın yanındaki zincir korkuluğunun üstüne zincir oturarak o korkuluğu parçaladı üstüne zincir dişliye oturmayarak boşa düştü ve benim bir anda dengemi kaybetmeme sebep oldu az kalsın yolda kaza geçiriyordum. Başka bir bisikletçiye gittiğimde sorunun benim yanlış vites atmamdan veya böyle bir sebepten değil , bisiklette vites ayarının olmadığı, bundan dolayı vites atmanın zor ve zincir atmasının olmasının doğal olduğu söylendi . Diyeceğim o ki yetkili servisler garanti kapsamında gelen ürünlere ''angarya" gözüyle bakıyor ve gerekli ilgiyi göstermiyor. Semtinizdeki herhangi bir bisikletçiye giderek belli bir ücret mukabilinde gerekli bakım ve onarımı yaptırarak en azından içiniz rahat bir şekilde bisikletinizi kullanabileceğiniz düşünüyorum. Servisin cevabını da merakla bekliyorum

I followed the advice, saying he knows something, but the problem continued.A few days later, when I shifted, the chain sat on the chain guardrail next to the right pedal, and the chain smashed it and it fell into nothing by not sitting on the chain gear, and I almost lost my balance, I almost had an accident on the road. When I went to another cyclist I was told that the problem was not because of my wrong gear or for such a reason, but because the bike was not geared up, so shifting was difficult and chain throwing was natural. I will say that the authorized services look at the products that come under warranty as “drudgery” and do not show the necessary attention.
Note: Where can I find the torn scarecrow? The service probably won't take care of if it's a user error.

Dört gün sonra ben aradım bisiklet hazır gel al dedi. Dediği fiyata anlaştık mecburen... ön freni bile takmamış evde farkettim ?
