Dışarda bulunan avlunun üstü kapalıdır. Şadırvan ve helası olmakla birlikte külliye anlayışıyla inşa edilmiş olduğundan dolayı avlunun içinde ve dışında bir çok hizmete tahsis edilmiş ofis ve dükkan yapıları mevcut. Dükkanlar bugün tam randımanlı çalışmasa da görünüş itibariyle güzel bir hizmet anlayışı sunuyor. Ayrıca vakıf olarak da hizmet veriliyor. Köy kabristanı da buraya bitişik.
