★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç ilgilenmeyen personeli ile Hacettepe için oldukça kötü bir izlenim sergiler. Ne zaman işiniz düşse uzar da uzar. Bir türlü halledemezsiniz. Onlar başka bir yere yönlendirir diğerleri başka bir yere başvurun der. O yüzden işiniz düştüğünde biraz kendi başınızın çaresine bakmak zorunda kalacağınız kesindir.
 It shows a very bad impression for Hacettepe with its staff who are not interested at all. Whenever your job falls, it gets longer. You just can't handle it. They refer you to another place, others refer to another place. So it is certain that you will have to take care of yourself a little when your job falls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon hatlarında teknik sorun oluyor ama içerden telefonlar çalıştığı için içerde çalışan personel bunu fark etmiyor .Bu nedenle okulda çalışanları suçlamanız çok saçma geldi bana .
Ne zaman arasam okulumu öğrenci işlerindeki personel hep yardımcı oldu, yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Bence ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Yardımcı olabilmeleri için doğru birimi aramış olmanız çok önemli diye düşünüyorum ?
İkidir arıyorum altı ay içinde , ikisinde de ellerinden gelen herşeyi yaptılar ve ta İzmir’den Ankara’ya gitmeme gerek kalmadı .

There is a technical problem with the phone lines, but the staff working inside doesn't realize it because the phones work inside. Therefore, it seems ridiculous to blame the employees at the school.
Whenever I called, the staff at the student affairs department always helped and tried to help. I think they're doing their best. I think it is very important that you call the right unit to help them Yardımcı
I've been looking for two in six months, both of them did everything they could and I didn't have to go from Izmir to Ankara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bazı personelleri oldukça ilgili ve çalışkanken bazıları tam tersine ilgisiz ve tembeller, sanırım bir ortası yok. Yaklaşık bir ay önce tüm mezuniyet işlemleri bitmesine rağmen diplomayı ancak eylülde vereceklerini söylüyorlar. Diplomaya acil ihtiyacı olacak insanları mağdur ediyorlar. Bunun için de iyi bir çözüm de sunmuyorlar.
While some of their staff are very caring and hardworking, some are, on the contrary, indifferent and lazy, I think there is no middle. They say that they will only give the diploma in September, although all graduation procedures were finished about a month ago. They victimize people who will urgently need a diploma. They do not offer a good solution for this either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonla ayrı, yüz yüze ayrı dert. Diplomayı almak için bir sürü yere gidip geliyoruz, yetmiyor Şube Müdürlüğü'ne bakan Erol Bey'in sigara keyfini bekliyoruz. İş saati içerisinde, mola saatleri dışında keyfi şekilde işleri bırakıp sigaraya çıkabiliyor kendisi. Covid döneminde kapı önünde 10 tane öğrenci yarım saat bekledik daracık koridorda. Tel kelimeyle rezalet.
It's a separate issue over the phone, face-to-face. We go to many places to get the diploma, it is not enough, we are waiting for the pleasure of smoking from Mr. Erol, who is looking at the Branch Office. During work hours, outside of break times, he can leave his work arbitrarily and go out for a cigarette.
