 It's too crowded and don't really consult people who stand for consultation, I guess they don't even know what to do.

I came for an emergency patient. Unfortunately, I couldn't even find a decent place to park. In the huge hospital, the parking lots are not full to the brim. The capacity is not enough. Improvements are needed, but I don't think any progress will be made.

The name is urgent, I have not seen a hospital that does not do business with such disrespect. Does everyone complain about the situation at 00:00 am at the hospital I came to at 3:50 am they still did not apply serum, I do not understand why people are not given so much importance, no one is doing their job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacettepe öğrencisi olarak hiçbir sağlık hizmeti alamadığım tek yer hastalandığımda ya hiç gitmiyorum zaten almayacaklar zaman kaybetmek yerine Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt ya da Ankara İbn-i Sina hastanesine gidiyorum onlar alıyorlar ilgileniyorlar bazen etkili tedavi olmasa bile sağlık hizmeti aldığınızı biliyorsunuz boşuna zaman kaybetmeyin.
As a Hacettepe student, the only place where I can't get any health care service is when I get sick, I don't go anyway. They won't get it anyway, instead of wasting time, I go to Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt or Ankara İbn-i Sina hospital, they get it, they take care of it, sometimes you know you get health care even if there is no effective treatment, don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onkoloji hastası olduğumuz için acil durumlarda mecbur buraya geliyoruz. Hastamızın portu olmasına rağmen ve hasta portu olduğunu söylemesine rağmen ısrarla damar yolu açmaya çalışmışlar. Beşinci denemede damarı bulabilmişler. 3 gün geçti hastanın kolları hala mosmor.
Since we are oncology patients, we have to come here in emergencies. Although our patient had a port and the patient said that he had a port, they persistently tried to open an vascular access. On the fifth try, they were able to find the vein. 3 days have passed and the patient's arms are still purple.

Kan degerlerindeki düşüklüğü göre göre sırf yer açılması için yakınımız çıkarıldı. O düşük değerlerden dolayı 3 gün sonra geri düştük. Herkes birbirine top atıyor, hastaniz hakkında bilgi almanız imkansıza yakın. Onkoloji hastanesinin hastası olduğumuz için kurtulamıyoruz. Yazık hacettepe hastanesinin acili iyi bilinirdi. bu hali içler acısı...kimse düşmesin..
As a Hacettepe graduate, I am ashamed to graduate from the same university as you! According to the low blood values, our relative was removed just to make room. We fell back after 3 days because of those low values. Everyone is throwing balls at each other, it is almost impossible to get information about your patient. We cannot escape because we are patients of the oncology hospital. It is a pity that the emergency of Hacettepe Hospital was well known. this situation is deplorable...don't let anyone fall..

covid testi için iki ayrı yere gitmek zorunda kaldım, ilk başvuru ve değerlendirme binaya gitmeden disarida C1 polikliniğinde yapılıyormuş, bunu öğrenmek için C2 polikliniğinde beklemek zorunda kaldım. Test için gidenler hiç binaya girmesinler.
It may be because there is a strike today, but the doctors in the ER are not interested at all.
I had to go to two different places for the covid test, the first application and evaluation were done in the C1 polyclinic outside before going to the building, I had to wait in the C2 polyclinic to find out. Those who go for the test should never enter the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner it was quite the experience. Probably better than most hospitals in Ankara. I would not recommend getting yourself in a situation where you must seek medical care in Turkey. Not enjoyable or assuring. Cultural shock indeed. Absolutely zero English spoken whatsoever. These are individuals with many years of education and experience in the medical field.
