A wonderful hairdressing salon where I went crying years ago because another hairdresser ruined my hair, and since then every time I go, I say "I'm glad I found you". All staff do their best to make you feel good and find what suits you. They do not pretend to be wise, and they say that we will never do anything that cannot be done. Like many other hairdressers, they don't want to ask for more money than they're worth and try to rip you off. I've been recommending it to everyone for years and I've never been embarrassed. As a hairdresser in Eskişehir, they have a wonderful presentation... their sincerity, their well-being and their hospitality made us very happy... I even brought them to Belgium, a beautiful top with shampoos.. first of all, their hair dryer and dye cuts gave us a lot of satisfaction... what we saw as expatriates.. It was very nice that the H&H hairdresser prioritized the satisfaction of their customers, for whom the issue of money is the background for them.

They treat expatriates who come to Turkey as if they don't think anything and they burned all of my hair by saying that we can do it even for money. On the same day, even though I realized, they said that it doesn't happen like that, they decorated and decorated and sold shampoo for 100 TL and sent it. The next day, when I saw my hair falling out in handfuls in the bathroom, I phoned. Hakan, the owner of the salon and doing my hair, started to fight with an ugly expression. It is a very unprofessional business that does not accept its faults and thinks of money before customer satisfaction. Don't go. It would be a shame for your money, especially your hair.

It is a salon that I have visited continuously for 15 years. Both the quality of the processes and the quality of the employees are not available in most hairdressers in Eskişehir. I'm not even going into the subject of interest, knowledge and experience, you sit on the couch and spend a time worth entrusting your hair with, and you won't leave until everything is the best, they won't allow it anyway. I'm surprised when I read some negative comments, I don't think it's possible that people I've been with for 15 years, who I've always been friends with, can do this kind of behavior. Although not to me, I think that if such treatment was done to other people, there are many friends from my family around me, I would see and hear it. That's why bad reviews are a policy of completely polluting a business, if you have a problem, you can talk openly with the owner of the business, and you will solve the problem as a customer, these people will not remove you from that seat until they do your transactions. As a result, as an Eskişehir citizen; I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, you will not regret it, you will leave happily until the end. I say every woman who has an interest in the hairdresser should stop by and I keep silent.
