I was at the hotel in July 2020, when many countries had applied all those quarantine measures. So, in general, the hotel is ok. It's an old one but in acceptable condition. There are a lot of trees, mountain views, quite a nice beach. But due to quarantine measures, there were a lot of queues in a restaurant and the worst that staff always served Turkish guests first out of order. Almost nobody understands English. Also, I had a situation when I had cut my foot with a rock in the sea. It was quite a big wound and I turned to an emergency room. And what a surprise, a girl from that room refused me because I didn't have a mask! Instead of providing me a mask and trying to help me she just gave me some small piece of cotton through a door. That was exceptional first aid! So I don't recommend visiting the hotel during the quarantine period.

It's quite old and not well renovated, for 5* they should take better care. Food is ok, alcohol is included, but I strictly don't recommend local strong drinks. Wine is ok

First day and what a surprise, hair in the shower, room a bit smelly…. so far quite a bad impression for a 5 star hotel. Will try to give it a day or two, hopefully conditions will improve

I would love to give the hotel the 5 star review for the nature, views, and other services, but personnel simply doesn't care enough. It is incredibly annoying that you are not able find an empty spot at the beach after 8am. As an option to remedy this, the hotel offers private bungalows for a certain charge, where they promise you some space and privacy. We took the $60 bungalow facing the private entrance to the water. Unfortunately, other guests are not aware it is private, and no security offered to help. Basically, we paid for being cursed at by other guests for "taking up their entrance to the water". We have tried to find anyone to help, guest relations only offered a chance (!) for a reservation for a la carte restaurant (which is free as is). Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly, almost never drinking water was brought to the room. The staff at the bar was occasionally dismissive. I had such high hopes for the place, and it turned out so disappointing.

I liked, the hotel has a large area. very good entertainment programs. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day.

I really like it to had been stayed this hotel because pretty good staff who are serving all parts of the services and really enjoyed with the eating staff except pizza and hamburger but the others were perfect and pool, sea water with the recreational activities. Thanks a lot guys. Sincerely

Beautiful place. Beautiful sandy beach. The hotel staff does not speak English. Food at an unenviable level. Paid all inclusive, we don't have it. Baby food does not exist. They present themselves as a family hotel. Shame.

A lot of acrivities to do! Kind stuff! Food, drinks and coffee is ok (they are for free), but if you want better food there is cheap cafes outside. Pool a little bit cold but great in hot weather. Spa and all other things that are for money (like rental car, sightseeings, excursions) is expensive, but outside the hotel is half the price. Everyday there is some awesome main event.
