Çok farklı konularda gerek okulu bırakmış gerekse okula devam eden ve okuldan mezun olmuş gençlerin gelişimlerine yönelik eğitim imkanları olan merkezlerde teknik eğitimlerin yanı sıra sosyal ve kültürel konularda eğitimler gençlerin katılımına sunulmuştur. Kursların bir çoğu ücretsiz olarak devam etmektedir. Kurslar hakkında detaylı bilgiye her ilde bulunan Halk Eğitim Merkezleri’nden alınabilmektedir.
 Offering the opportunity to learn outside of school in Morphou Adult Education Center located in Turkey and all over the country ,, organizational structure in different subjects to young people outside the school's educational institutions are offering personal development opportunities. In the centers that have training opportunities for the development of young people who either dropped out of school or attended school and graduated from school in many different subjects, besides technical trainings, trainings on social and cultural issues were offered to the participation of young people. Most of the courses continue for free. Detailed information about the courses can be obtained from Public Education Centers located in each province.
