We were left alone with many shortcomings in the delivery of the flat. Unfortunately we could not find anyone in front of us. I guess such a big company doesn't need customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guvenoglu yapı tam bir pişmanlık. Vaad ettikleri tarihte evi teslim etmiyorlar. Osmangazi mah Yakut evlerden daire aldık. Kafalarına göre istedikleri daireyi yapıp teslim etmişler. Biz bir aydır parke yapılmasını doğal gaz borusu çekilmesini bekliyoruz.
Guvenoglu structure is a complete regret. They don't deliver the house on the promised date. We bought apartments from Osmangazi mah Yakut houses. They made the flat they wanted according to their heads and delivered it. We have been waiting for a month to make parquet and natural gas pipes.

We met Güvenoğlu for the first time by buying one of the apartments that belong to the land owner. Even if everything goes wrong, things will end sooner or later, but care and kindness are different.
