Çevre düzenlemesi orta. Batıkent'teki diğer bir çok siteden iyi ama çok da özenli değil.
Yeterli park yeri var ve güvenlik önlemleri alınmış. Tüm bahçe kapıları anahtarla açılıyor, böylelikle yabancıların girmesi bir nebze önlenmiş.
The location is great. Close to marketplace, bazaar, school, post office, park and indoor swimming pool.
Landscaping is medium. Better than most other sites in Batıkent, but not very elaborate.
There is enough parking space and security measures have been taken. All garden gates are opened with the key, thus preventing strangers to some extent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geniş alana, çocuk parklarına sahip pazar yerine yakın okullara, otobüs duraklarına, yüzme havuzuna, alışveriş merkezlerine çok yakın. Evleri çok kullanışlı ve geniş site temiz yeşillikler çok, park yerleri uygun.
It is very close to schools, bus stops, swimming pool and shopping centers close to the market place with large area, playgrounds. The houses are very handy and spacious with lots of clean greens on site, convenient parking spaces.
