Sitenin dış kapı girişlerinin kartlı sistem olmaması ve demode kalan rengi tek eksi yönü. Bunlarda ufak bir renovasyon ile giderilebilecek özellikler. Evin içinde kapsamlı bir tadilat yapınca bölgede 1.5 milyon'a satılan dairelerden daha kullanışlı bir hale dönüyor.
 One of the Strongest Buildings in Sarısu. Built on 17 Mt Bored Pile, it is a solid structure made of curtain concrete even where there should be a wall. The only minus aspect of the site is that the exterior door entrances do not have a card system and the color is outdated. These are features that can be eliminated with a little renovation. When you make a comprehensive renovation inside the house, it turns into a more useful place than the apartments sold for 1.5 million in the region.
